Today sees the advance voting for the Thai national elections. I’m at the Navy Academy in Samut Prakan where about 39,000 people have registered to vote outside of their constituencies. Here people from the North East are voting. Another polling station in Bang Pu is for other regions of Thailand. Samut Prakan has many Thai migrant workers.
