This is another of those interesting variations of Som Tam, the famous Thai spicy salad. Instead of green papaya this one has sweetcorn. I’ve had that version before elsewhere but this one also had salted egg which I wasn’t too thrilled about. The name in Thai is “som tam khao pod kai khem” and I bought it for 40 Baht at a Big C foodcourt.
