This dish is one of my favourites which I had for breakfast today. It is Pad Gra Pao Gai Kai Dao (ผัดกะเพาหมูไข่ดาว) which is stir-fried minced pork with holy basil. The fried egg is optional but worth it. This was 30 Baht at Ayutthaya Prison.
