This dessert is a favourite of mine and is called Khanom Chan (ขนมชั้น) which is Layered Dessert. It cost 20 baht. As you can see, it comes in layers with varying shades of colours. Normally it is green from the pandanus leaf. But as you can see here they have used other colours as well.
better than KFC and McDonalds lol but the name...
